Chain of Command
Chain of Command
The Battalion chain of command and the staff are responsible for handling the day to day operations of the entire JROTC Program. The staff is divided into 7 individual sections:
S1, Personnel Actions (awards, promotions, demotions, etc.)
S2, Intelligence (intelligence briefs, weather, etc.)
S3, (current and future operational planning)
S4, (logistics, transportation, supply)
S5, (public affairs, community relations)
S6, (communications)
S7, (special projects officer)
These sections are responsible for the daily operations of the program. The staff is overseen by the Battalion Executive Officer, C/MAJ Jeremiah Harrison, and sends daily reports to the Battalion Commander, C/LTC Miracle Hall, on the progress they are making.
Being on staff is a prestigious opportunity for those who are willing to take charge and lead from the front no matter how difficult any task may come.
